Eco Art Therapy invites you to slow down, create, connect, and experience the calming benefits of nature through art-making. 🌿 Creative engagement outdoors supports wellbeing, reduces stress, encourages social connection, and helps people reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.

No experience in Art Making is required and all materials are provided, there is carparking beside the location and access to toilets. Please bring along something to sit on if you would like to sit on the grass :)
