 🌿 🍂 Eco Art Therapy in Dublins Phoenix Park 

Its time to mark the change, ground and prepare for Autumn 🍂 

6-Week Autumn Group | Mondays, Sept 15 – Oct 20, 2025 | 5.30–7pm

Step into the woodland this autumn and experience the power of creativity, reflection, and seasonal change. This Eco Art Therapy group takes place in the beautiful forest beside the Papal Cross, Phoenix Park — where we have been granted special permission from the Office of Public Works (OPW) to hold this unique offering.

Over six weeks, we will journey with the natural cycle of autumn and prepare for the changes ahead:

Arriving in late summer’s fullness 💫 Crossing thresholds as the first colours appear 🍁 Immersing in the richness of peak autumn 🎨 Closing with the beauty of letting go into nature🧚

Through painting, clay, natural materials, and creative reflection, you will have space to connect with yourself, the group, and the changing season. Each session blends Art Therapy practice with the grounding presence of nature.

Dates: Mondays, Sept 15 – Oct 20, 2025 (6 weeks)

Time: 5.30–7pm

Location: Woodland beside Papal Cross carpark, Phoenix Park, Dublin

Group size will be kept small. Cost: €250 per person, all material included.

No previous art experience is needed — just curiosity, openness, and suitable outdoor clothing. Please bring something to sit on.

Professional Development:

While this group is Art Therapy and is open to all adults you may also attend as part of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Certificates can be provided for CPD points for those who need them (Play Therapists, Creative Arts Therapists, Teacher's, Social care workers etc)
