Individual Art Therapy
Art therapy offers a gentle and supportive way to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences through creativity. I offer individual art therapy sessions for children, young people, and adults, providing a safe, non-judgemental space to reflect and express what may be difficult to put into words.
As a Master’s level trained and IACAT registered Art Therapist, my practice is grounded in clinical training, ethical standards, and ongoing professional development. Art therapy can be helpful for young people navigating change, identity, or self-esteem, and adults seeking support with stress, life transitions, or personal reflection. No previous art experience is needed, the focus is on the process, not the finished artwork.
Using a trauma informed practice, each session is tailored to the individual and moves at a pace that feels right for you. With a range of art materials, we work together to support emotional expression, self-awareness, and wellbeing in a way that feels contained and supportive.
Individual sessions are available in person in Dublin North Central. Consent is required for all clients from adults aged 18+, or from a parent or legal guardian for those under 18.
Location: Santry, Dublin 9
